The wigs are horribly unattractive without any resemblance to the pictures they advertise. tbdress does not do returns on purchases, nor do they reply to emails.. Customer Beware

Wrong Color Dress-No Response From TBDress
Once dress arrived I could not wear it because the color of the lace bodice was wrong! Of course I emailed and messaged again with no response. Finally when I received response from TBDress they told me nothing was wrong with color and offered me 15% discount on next order & they could not refund me because dress was custom-which is WAS NOT CUSTOM since there was nothing ordered custom for the dress.
TBDress takes customers money & offers the WORST SERVIVE EVER!
NEVER ORDER FROM THEM!

How long it takes for your order to arrive?
Um my friends order some dresses for my 15 about a week ago and my quinceanera is about a month well u think it gets here on time

It took several weeks, and even then they sent the wrong items. After weeks of struggle, I was promised a refund on condition I leave a good review for them on this site. In the end, the refund was for half of what I'd paid for the items. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Hi Janetta. By the time i received my order in completion it was a total of 5.5 months with the first of the items arriving only in 3 months. I had duplicates and goods that did fit or wrong product. I have not and will never buy from them ever again.

I would avoid doing business with TB Dress. Even following their sizing guide, the dress was too small and didn't fit right. The built-in cups and the belt were in the wrong place. Now I'm trying to get a full refund (minus shipping). The text someone posted above was exactly the same text I was sent regarding my options for refunding. It's definitely questionable business practices.

Can we trust this site?
I personally do not trust this site and will be warning all of my friends about the lack of help Im receiving from customer services. I'm shocked that no one has yet replied to my facebook message yet with screenshots of our entire email correspondence regarding orders I made with TBDRESS of around 200 dollars! This is shocking and Im reading more and more bad reviews online about this store right now. So many people have suggested that any good review they have must be a fake. I'm very skeptical of tbdress now. However I guess I am lucky because I believe I made all of my purchases to tbdress via paypal so I may enquire them to look into this further for me and to represent my case in pushing for a full refund back for me as I have received none of my orders with tbdress yet.

Do not trust. They sent me the wrong color, and insisted it was right. They refused to give me a full refund, and offered me half the amount as a refund Knowing they sent the wrong color, but denying it. Horrible experience. Save yourself a lot of headaches and find a better site.

Yes it is but a very shonky one. I ordered five dresses from TB Dress after carefully measuring and consulting their own sizing chart. All were tiny, it was obvious the sizing stickers were stuck on to the plastic bag to match my order while the garments had no sizes at all on their sewn in tags. Not one came close to the size in their chart or close to fitting. If something appears too good (or cheap) to be true it is.
